Technical Scope of Calibration

DIM-01.01 // REFERENCE STANDARDS

Gauge Blocks

Evaluation of longitudinal length, parallelism, and surface topography for both metric and imperial slip gauges. Calibration is performed via high-precision comparison against master sets.

DIM-01.02 // PRECISION MICROMETRY

Micrometers

Multi-point testing for external, internal, and depth micrometers. We verify displacement accuracy, anvil parallelism, and flatness using optical flats and master standards.

DIM-01.03 // LINEAR STANDARDS

Calipers (Vernier & Digital)

Standard verification of measuring jaws for internal and external dimensions. Includes parallelism inspection of jaw faces and depth rod accuracy checks across full range.

Testing of 1D and 2D height gauges on granite datum planes. We calibrate for linear displacement and the squareness of the vertical measuring column.

Verification of perpendicularity (90°) for block, cylindrical, and blade squares using master cylinders and indicators to verify absolute squareness.
